Which Coach Training is the right one for you?

You decided that coach training will be helpful for you and you are ready to enroll. You look at our programmes and wonder which programme is the right one for you.

Let us simplify this with a question:

Do you want to get a coaching credential from the International Coaching Federation?

An ICF Credential is a professional certification, which vouches for you to meet specific coaching standards. It communicates that you are dedicated to the highest quality in your coaching services and you adhere to strong ethical behaviour in coaching.

If you answered yes to the question, the Coaching Foundation Certificate programme or Advanced Coaching Certificate programme is for you.

Coaching Foundation Certificate programme leads to the first credential, ACC. As the name suggests, you learn the foundations of coaching. The programme includes 2 training weekends, 3 coaching lab sessions, 2 demo sessions and a 3-month mentoring programme to bring your coaching to the ACC level. The whole programme takes 4-5 months.

Advanced Coaching Certificate programme leads to the the second credential, PCC. In this programme, you dive deeper into coaching where you learn and practice supporting people connecting to their deepest motivations, and leading long-lasting transformation. On top of that you will have a special training weekend to learn how to establish a successful coaching practice. This programme includes 5 training weekends, 9 coaching lab sessions, 4 demo sessions and a 3-month mentoring programme to bring your coaching to the PCC level. The whole programme takes 7-8 months.

If you are not interested in a coaching credential, you can choose the programmes without certification.

In the Coaching Foundation programme, you will have the same training content as the Coaching Foundation Certificate programme except the 3-month mentoring programme and the ACC assessment that will grant you the ICF-accredited Level 1 diploma. The duration of this programme is 6 weeks.

Similarly, in the Advanced Coaching programme, you will have all the training content of the Advanced Coaching Certificate programme except the 3-month mentoring programme and the PCC assessment that will grant you the ICF-accredited Level 2 diploma. The duration of this programme is 4 months.

If you are not yet sure you want to be a professional coach or get a credential, you can start with the Coaching Foundation programme and upgrade to the next programme of your choice when you finish. You will only pay the difference between the prices of the two programmes.
