Is coaching the right thing for me?
If you’re craving growth, not just for yourself but for those around you, if you want to inspire, motivate and empower others, and if you want to invest your time, money and energy in something meaningful and create a positive impact through your daily work then coaching is probably right for you.

The course you select will depend on your goals and aspirations along with your available time and cost investment.

For those taking Advanced Coaching programme, it typically takes 4 months to complete. The Advanced Coaching Certificate includes 3 months of mentoring and 100 hours of coaching experience and it might take 12 months to complete. That being said, we have had coaches complete the certificate in 6-8 months. It all depends on your schedule and how much time you can commit to it each week.
When you join BeCoach Academy, you have two years to complete the course, so you can take it at your own pace and complete it in a timeframe that suits you. Since launching the BeCoach Academy in 2018 we have 100% success in the credentialing of our students.
Can I complete the course around my full time job?
All our programmes were built to accommodate full time working professionals. Our module training takes place on the weekends and is spaced out to provide you with the adequate time in-between sessions to carry out your reading, reflection and practice exercises. All our coaching labs and demo sessions take place in the evenings so you can attend around your existing work schedule and commitments. We understand that you have a busy schedule and you won’t always be able to attend every session, that’s why when you join one of our programmes, you will have two years to complete the course. You can take it at your own pace and complete the programme in a timeframe that suits you.
How much do the courses cost?
Our courses range from 1800 Euros for the Foundation Programme to 6270 Euros for the Advanced Coaching Certification (excluding VAT). The price will vary, depending on the programme that you select. You can find the full cost details and breakdown of each of our courses and select the programme that meets your needs on our course webpages.
Do you offer payment plan options?
Yes, we offer payment plan options across all our programmes. We want to make our programmes accessible to as many people as possible. You can find full details of our payment plan options and select the programme that meets your needs on our courses webpage.
What if I miss one of the training weekends?
If you miss one of the training weekends, you will be able to attend it when the next program intake begins with the new cohort of students. When you join BeCoach Academy, you have two years to complete the course, so you can take it at your own pace and in a timeframe that suits you. We find that our student cohorts often mix with one another via our BeCoach community events and workshops, so everyone feels comfortable and we strive to cultivate an environment of trust and safety.
What is the typical student profile?
Our student profile tends to be 70% female, 30% male, and we’ve worked with students aged 25 – 60 who work in various fields such as HR, IT, consulting, teaching, marketing and others. Although our trainers are based in Munich, Germany, we work with students all across Europe. With over 30 nationalities taking part in the program so far, we truly are an international community. Although our students come from diverse backgrounds, they all have common values and goals. We work with people who are invested in their growth, the growth of others and the growth of the world, and who choose meaning, service and trust over status, control and power.
How many students are in the program?
We ensure that our training weekends remain intimate, so that our trainers can provide hands-on support and feedback with all our students and that peer-to-peer connections can be built. We run the program with between 5 -8 students per cohort and two trainers are always present. This enables our trainers to provide their full attention to your individual learning journey. At times we will have students from different cohorts dropping into different sessions, however ensuring that the space remains intimate and collaborative is key for us.
How will I get my ICF coaching certificate and how long does it take to arrive?
Upon completion of the Foundation/Advanced Coaching Certificate and after submitting your graduation pack to BeCoach Academy, it typically takes around 3 weeks for us to review your pack and issue your ICF-accredited certificate. We work with all our students to ensure that your graduation packs contain all the correct materials and references to ensure that the process is seamless.
With your certificate, you can apply for an ICF credential (ACC or PCC) via the website of ICF. You can learn the credentialing process of ICF here.
How much money can a coach typically make? What would be my earnings potential?
When you become a certified coach, your earning potential will depend upon the pricing structure and your service offering. Your earning potential is uncapped, as coach rates vary depending on their experience, their offering, perceived value and worth, and their target client base. When undertaking the Advanced Coaching Programme or Certificate with BeCoach Academy, we provide tailored advice and guidance for those looking to start their own coaching business upon graduation.
When will be the next time this program runs?
Our programs run twice a year from January to April, and September to December. We ensure our website is kept-up-to date with the latest course dates. When you enroll in the programme, you will get access to our student portal which provides you with calendar access to all upcoming sessions and training weekends, so you can keep up-to-date and attend sessions that work alongside your schedule.
