At BeCoach Academy, we believe that every person is powerful, resourceful, and whole. Yet, due to past trauma or accumulated stress, people can find themselves in unresourceful states. The way we engage with them—whether as coaches, leaders, or professionals working closely with others—has the power to either support their regulation and growth or contribute to their dysregulation and distress.

Coaching is a superpower. When used effectively, it helps individuals reconnect with their strengths. But without awareness of trauma and psychological safety, even well-intentioned interactions can inadvertently reinforce unhelpful patterns.
