Coaching Practicum

In this Coaching Practicum*, we will coach using the “Immunity to Change” model from Lisa Laskow Lahey and Robert Kegan
This model can be applied working in leadership coaching as well as in any other to facilitate a paradigm shift, create a new awareness that would address the “immunity to change” and support a client in getting unstuck and moving forward.
*Coaching practicum is an exclusive regular workshop for BeCoach students and graduates. where you learn and practice a new coaching tool or technique to enrich your coaching toolbox and gain more confidence. Benefit from these workshops by joining one of our coach training programmes.
