That depends on your goals, but for many of our graduates, the answer is yes.

The ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) is a globally recognized seal of quality. It shows that you’ve completed accredited training, coached real clients, received professional mentoring, and committed to high ethical standards.

Beyond recognition, pursuing ACC accreditation can boost your confidence, increase your visibility, and help you take yourself more seriously as a coach which, in turn, helps others do the same. As you know, the journey starts with you and they way you show up.

That being said, certification isn’t mandatory for everyone. Some of our participants choose to start coaching first and pursue credentials later.

ACC accreditation is especially valuable if you want to:

• Build a professional coaching practice
• Work with corporate clients or within organizations
• Establish trust with clients and/or employers
• Show your commitment to coaching as a credible, ethical profession

Almost. You’ll be just one step away. By completing our ICF Level 1 or Level 2 course (foundational or advanced coaching), you will have fulfilled the education requirements needed to apply for your ICF credential.

Once you’ve also completed the required number of coaching hours for the credential you’re aiming for (ACC or PCC), all that remains is to submit your application via the ICF website.

BeCoach Academy is officially accredited for both Level 1 and Level 2 by the International Coaching Federation. That means our curriculum is fully aligned with ICF’s professional standards.

Our certification programmes include:

• 60,5 hours of coach-specific training – Level 1 (Coaching Foundation Certification)
• 137 hours of coach-specific training – Level 2 (Advanced Coaching Certification)
• Mentor coaching by certified professionals
• Observed coaching sessions with feedback
• Training in the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics

When you graduate from the certification courses, you’ll have completed all the required training hours and mentoring to apply for your ACC or PCC credential through the ICF’s direct pathway. We’ll also guide you through the application process — and continue supporting you as part of our graduate community.

In short: While only the ICF can officially grant credentials, we prepare you fully with the coaching competencies, experience, and confidence to succeed.

Yes. Our Advanced Coaching Programme and Advanced Coaching Certification include dedicated modules on how to build your coaching practice — from finding your first clients to developing your unique brand and communication strategy as a coach.

We offer practical tools, business coaching basics, and personalized feedback to support you as you take your first steps into the coaching world.
