Our programmes consist of learning resources, live modules, coaching lab and demo sessions so that the learning of your business leaders does not just stay in theory but they adopt a coaching leadership style by doing and being.

Our programmes are designed to fit the schedule of busy working professionals, with all training taking place during weekends and practice sessions taking place after work hours. At the end of both of these programmes, your leaders will get a certification of completion and if they’d like to take their learning further, we have programme options for them to become ICF credentialed coaches.

    We will partner with you to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for your leaders, and share feedback and insights with you throughout the programme. 

    1. Build the theoretical foundation – E-learning platform
    You will gain access to the e-learning platform the day you sign up, so you can start to build theoretical knowledge by self-learning.

    2. Anchor the learning in your mind and body – Live training weekends.
    You will come to the live training weekends with the theoretical foundation based on your self-learning. You will be armed with questions and any open loops. In the live training weekends, you will close the loops, enhance your learning through discussion and coaching, and bring the knowledge from the mind to your body through intensive practice and feedback.

    3. Enhance your skills by practice and feedback – Coaching lab sessions
    You will practice coaching in trios, get feedback on the spot from your trainer and observers, and get subsequent written feedback on your coaching.

    4. See and discuss – Coaching demo sessions
    You will observe our trainers in a real coaching setting and learn by discussing the session with fellow participants and the trainer.

    5. Develop your coaching style – Real coaching practice
    During the programme you will collect real coaching experience which will let your own coaching style unfold. 

    6. Get support – Individual coaching sessions
    You will have access to individual coaching sessions with your trainers to maximise the potential of your coach training.

    7. Reflect on your growth and discuss – Coaching development journals
    You will develop your skills and mindset through the power of continuous reflection on every step of the programme through coaching development journals.

    8. Mentoring
    If you have chosen one of the certification paths (ICF Level 1 or ICF Level 2), you will receive guidance from our mentor coaches to achieve the highest level of coach competency in a 3-months-mentoring programme.

    9. Certification
    If you have chosen one of the certification paths (ICF Level 1 or ICF Level 2), you will graduate with the confirmation of coaching excellence through assessment of your coaching session recording and written reflections. With your certificate, you will be able to apply to ACC or PCC credential in fast track.

    The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is a leading global body that defines the standards of coaching. ICF provides accreditation to training programmes and certifies coaches. All our BeCoach programmes are accredited by the ICF, which means we follow the standards of coaching, teach professional coaching competencies and guarantee the highest quality of the curriculum and materials. To have our programmes accredited by the ICF our training organisation has had to undergo rigorous scrutiny and quality testing with an assessment of the faculty and learning processes.

    We have organised the programmes to fit the schedule of busy people. All training takes place at the weekends, coaching lab sessions take place on the weekdays after working hours, and demo sessions are either at the weekend or after working hours.
