When we started our journey, our goal was clear: we wanted to provide coaching training with the best quality. Quality in coaching training meant being accredited by the biggest international coaching body International Coaching Federation (ICF).
With the feedback of our students and our Inner Circle we co-created our coach training which was awarded ACSTH accreditation by International Coach Federation in 2019.
With the feedback of every student, our training program keeps evolving and our commitment to coaching excellence continues.
We currently hold Level 1 and Level 2 Accreditations from the International Coaching Federation.
Why is an accredited coach training important?
1.By getting an accredited coach training you are making sure you are getting a high quality training.
Coach training that is accredited by ICF has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. By choosing ICF-accredited coach training, you can be confident that you are getting high-quality training.

2. If you’d like to become a member of the International Coach Federation, you need to have completed min. 6o hours of coach specific training that meets ICF standards. Completing an accredited coach training is the best and easiest way to fulfill this requirement.
3. If you are serious about being a professional coach, it is highly recommended that you get your coaching credential from ICF.
The ICF Credential is the only globally recognized professional coaching certification. With an ICF Credential, coaches demonstrate their knowledge, skill, and commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
