BeCoach Academy’s training is grounded in the ICF Core Competencies, preparing you for success wherever your coaching journey takes you.

The BeCoach Academy Diploma prepares you to apply for both the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) and, with our advanced coaching certificate, the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). 

Our training programs meet educational requirements for both levels and provide full guidance throughout your certification journey — from mastering the ICF Core Competencies to building your coaching hours with confidence. Compare our individual programmes here. 

The ICF Core Competencies are the foundation of professional coaching according to the International Coaching Federation. They define what effective, ethical, and transformative coaching looks like and guide us how we train at BeCoach Academy.

There are eight core competencies, grouped into four key domains:

Foundation: Upholding strong ethics and embodying a coaching mindset

Co-Creating the Relationship: Building trust and creating clear coaching agreements

Communicating Effectively: Listening deeply and asking powerful questions

Cultivating Learning and Growth: Helping clients turn insight into meaningful action

By integrating these principles into our training, we ensure our coaches are equipped to create impact with integrity, clarity and confidence.
